Refund and Exchange Policy If for any reason you are not satisfied with your shoes, you may return them within 10 days of receipt FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. We will gladly exchange your product, but as every pair is made-to-order, we cannot offer cash refunds. The shoes must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Please include a copy of your sales receipt as well as the reason for return. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to manufacture your order. When it is complete, we ship it with UPS ground, which generally takes 5 business days. Sorry, we do not ship to addresses outside of the United States. Taxes California sales tax of 9.25% is charged only for merchandise shipped to addresses in the state of California.
Products As each pair is individually hand made, there may be slight variations in each product we put out. All heel heights posted on the website are approximations.
